As you know, I have now been approved for 2 hours of home help a week. It has been a difficult time lately with a fibromyalgia flare that never seems to end.
I have my sister here with us for the moment, so having some extra help especially in bedmaking, will help me immensely.
Just keeping the washing up to date, menu planning, cooking, dishes, food shopping, bill paying, and organising medicines for the week and ordering them from the doctor and chemist, is enough for me to cope with.
So this extra 2 hours will help me immensely. Maybe then my fibromyalgia flare will finally go away!

So glad to hear you are getting some help again. We have a cleaner 2 hours a week as well now. Hope your flare subsides. I am in the start of one due to the stresses of life. As I get older it seems that it is stress that mainly worsens the many symptoms of fibromyalgia.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry you are in a flare too, Lee. I agree with stress exacerbating the symptoms of fibro... it's so hard to truly relax when life gets hard. I am glad you have some help now too..
DeleteI'm so happy your getting help. I bet that's such a sigh of relief for you. I like the schedule you made.
ReplyDeleteThanks' so much for sharing with Sweet Tea & Friend's August link up dear friend.
Thanks, Paula. It is such a relief. What the cleaner does for me is stuff I can no longer do. And just doing what I can do makes me exhausted. I am so glad for the hand
